Remarkable Restaurant Timeless and loyal, Le Foch reassures and delights all the die-hard fans of this exemplary establishment. Corinne and Jacky Louazé have turned it into a kind of benchmark for haute bourgeois gastronomy, where everything is controlled and soothing. On the boulevard, a world passes by, inside everything is calm and reassuring, and as in the old days, the customer has the right to choose: mussels with curry or lobster with tomato and burrata in pannacotta, roast monkfish with eggplant cannelloni and stuffed zucchini flower or lamb fillet with apricot and date cereals.... You can also put together a fine seasonal menu, at a set price, like the very successful €70 formula, which includes Arctic char in dashi broth, rabbit confit and cocos in pistou sauce, and apricot compote with white chocolate mousse. Stylish, efficient service, a large cellar of wines from all regions, with a natural strength in Champagne.
