Remarkable Restaurant
This is Reims’ premier upscale restaurant, epitomized by Jacky Louazé, which has been hosting business dinners and family celebrations for many years. Opulent and steeped in a comforting tradition of classic elegance—with beautiful linens and fine tableware, along with attentive service—this restaurant is the place to experience cuisine crafted from the finest ingredients, prepared with great care and generosity. We start with lightly seared langoustines, artichoke cream, and lemon caviar, followed by marbled turbot with raw and cooked cauliflower, confit lamb shoulder pressed with southern vegetables, and chocolate-caramel with apricots. The wine cellar is remarkable, featuring an excellent selection of champagnes.
