Remarkable Restaurant Better than anyone else in Reims, Jacky Louazé embodies bourgeois cuisine and timelessness, bringing this elegant boulevard house to life for over twenty-five years. The table is the default rendezvous for special occasions, where families come to celebrate life's great events, around serious plates well garnished with noble products. Start with sweet and sour blue lobster, pickled radish and cauliflower, or creamy foie gras, smoked quail and buckwheat, before opting for poached turbot, French peas and fumet reduction, or veal fillet in herb crepinette, lacquered eel and parsnips. Desserts are on the same level, with the classic vanilla and raspberry millefeuille, and the matcha tea, peach and lavender financier. Exceptional cellar, especially in Champagne.
