Chef's Restaurant This address, if not a thousand years old, has long been a favorite of Rémois locals, and continues to grow in leaps and bounds. The kitchen has been modernized by Benjamin Andreux, a chef who pays close attention to presentation and cooking quality. Blind menus from €90 to €160 ("let yourself be carried away"...), as well as an introductory lunch menu at €55, nicely focused on the season: collection of heirloom tomatoes and ginger, cod with coconut beans fricassee and pistou, strawberry tart with glazed hibiscus... In the dining room, Delphin Cornaille offers sound advice, particularly on the wine list, which is rich in champagne and burgundy.
