Chef's Restaurant Set against the backdrop of the sumptuous Château des Crayères, this Jardin is a chic and tranquil refreshment for Rémois, in brasserie mode. The menu Régional is not very regional, the menu du Jardin at €39 is a possible option, but it's really à la carte that you make your choice, with, for example, a good pâté en croûte of poultry and foie gras, a well-prepared saint-pierre, spinach shoots and rosés de Soissons, and a strawberry-basil dessert. General cellar with some good champagnes at attractive prices.
