Remarkable Restaurant Kazuyuki Tanaka's secret is well kept behind the chic, muted façade, and he works calmly and serenely in this house where you have to show your credentials and take the usual precautions when making a reservation. A hushed universe appreciated by the circle's faithful. The great success of Marine and Kazu is undoubtedly their ability to blend cultures so well in a cuisine of great finesse that draws on local produce and a vast palette of Japanese and French techniques.
