Kazuyuki Tanaka has brought his culture and rigor from his homeland to the Champagne region. The result is one of the city's finest and most chic restaurants, with its uncluttered, uncluttered setting, where you can enjoy a made-to-measure experience, a little rigid (little latitude for the customer), right down to Marine Tanaka's service. The four or so tables and four seats at the counter can boast a unique experience, ranging from €150 to €310 for the nine-course menu, which delicately and intelligently blends French and Japanese flavors.
