Behind the livelier, more relaxed tone of the counter, you can still detect traces of Éric Lavallée's former life, when he ran his own gastronomic restaurant for many years! The bar lounge and bistronomic table versions benefit from this experience, blending great technique with more accessible dishes. The cheerful ambience of the house is matched by a range of delightful dishes, including a fine platter of Spanish charcuterie, spider crab with combawa, watercress broth pearled with borage oil, morel mushroom and asparagus puff pastry with yellow wine, peach return with green asparagus, crispy tapenade ravioli, citrus cream, sesame tuile and olive oil ice cream.
