A centuries-old building, nestled at the end of a protective cove, in a furiously Breton landscape. The ocean is there, within fork's reach, and iodine is omnipresent in the atmosphere and in Yoann Noël's dishes: shellfish ravioli, iodized light cream with smoky notes, saint-pierre, parsnips, tonka bean and calf's head, saddle of lamb, corn declension and herb crust, before a lovely chocolate dessert.
