Behind this very sober facade lies a cuisine with a lot of height, signed by young chef Jules Rolland. With his partner Roxane Cartigny, they opened this restaurant not far from Pointe de la Torche, where Finistère is brought together with great intelligence on the plate. The €69 menu makes you want to come back, with its work on horse mackerel, radish and tarama, the starter of white asparagus, pear and shellfish, scallops with beef and sorrel, the return of fishing with wild garlic and baby onions, and an elegant dessert of chocolate, nori and ribot milk. A well-educated cellar.
