À la carte: Charolles Rossini beef carpaccio, timbale of trout confit with maple syrup, citrus fennel, cream and dill, duo of fish, sauce vierge and seasonal vegetables, veal chop, jus corsé, roasted baby vegetables with olive oil, apple and pear tarte tatin, chocolate and shortbread.
