Gourmet Restaurant It's impossible to pass through Moulins without stopping off at Hervé Courtais's fine restaurant, a serious business on the Cours Jaurès, with its green façade, pretty terrace in summer and contemporary surroundings. On the plate, the chef favors traditional, familiar recipes that bring people together. The €30 menu includes a cassolette of twelve snails en persillade, gambas a la plancha, three-rice risotto and shellfish jus, capon stuffed with chestnuts, wild mushrooms and potato parmentier, and a chestnut log with mandarin heart. Local wine cellar.
