Gault&Millau's review 2025

The home of chef Frédéric Doucet, who took over this beautiful house where he grew up and learned the trade, under the guidance of his father, Daniel. Frédéric and his wife Anne have created 15 discreetly luxurious rooms and suites, with king-size beds, antique furniture and antiques, all enhanced by light, soft tones. Designed with the well-being of guests in mind, the property boasts a heated outdoor swimming pool and a spa featuring a Japanese sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi and a range of treatments by Vinésime, a cosmetics brand based on the excellence of active ingredients derived from the region's plant heritage. An establishment that resembles a family home, respectful of nature and designed with eco-responsibility in mind, with its own orchard and vegetable garden.
