Chef's Restaurant A noble stone building on the edge of the town center, ideal for seminars and family ceremonies. The table is of a high standard, with a wide range of dishes on offer, a menu of the moment at €35 (and €30 for lunch), and professional service with a vision of traditional catering. The à la carte menu features contemporary dishes based on traditional ideas: foie gras with rhubarb and fennel texture, guinea fowl supreme with Colonnata bacon, peas and baby carrots, poached and raw peach with verbena. Extensive Burgundy cellar with renowned labels.
