Sponsored It's in the bucolic setting of Domaine de la Vergne that the Castel de Glane team invites you to enjoy a moment of timeless gastronomy. Chef David Nelias prepares semi-gastronomic cuisine every day, highlighting local produce. Freshness, quality and locavore are the order of the day. Each season, the menu brings its share of novelties, much to the delight of regulars. Of course, the Chef likes to indulge himself with a few Signature dishes. Limousin beef, foie gras and duck breast, accompanied by the chef's secret jus, or filet mignon pavé à la Rossini with truffle sauce are just a few of the restaurant's signature dishes. Desserts, too, are homemade and made with love! The macaroon is invited every month, varying in flavor and color. When it comes to wine, David Nelias wants to please everyone, selecting vintages from all grape varieties and for all budgets. What we love here is the pleasure of good food, but also the pleasure of a warm welcome.
