On the plate, it's straightforward and good, with fraise de veau gribiche, herring and potato salad, Limousin ribeye, pot-au-feu de paleron, blanquette, in a €19 formula, or a full €23 with a small dessert, chocolate cream, French toast-style brioche. And the home fries are very good.
