At the entrance to Les Halles, this charming canteen-style bistro is a haven for bon vivants, who come here to enjoy the generous atmosphere and good old-fashioned bistro cuisine. The menu is eagerly awaited, and the pleasure is always there: veal strawberry and gribiche, country terrine, snail puff pastry with cream, poached skate with capers, grilled onglet with shallots, leg of lamb and gratin dauphinois, a Limousin "clafouniard" (from clafoutis and flougnarde)!
