In a corner of the halles, a real bistro where you can eat simply, in the atmosphere of the races, and with choice, in the good company of canteen benches. On the plate, it's straightforward and good, with fraise de veau gribiche, herring and potato salad, Limousin ribeye, pot-au-feu de paleron, blanquette, in a €19 formula, or a full €23 with a small dessert, chocolate cream, French toast-style brioche. And the home fries are very good.
