Chef's Restaurant An exceptional Relais & Châteaux north of Limoges, offering 4* accommodation and gourmet cuisine by Gilles Dudognon and his son Henri. The chef has a taste for things well done, offering a meticulous experience from start to finish, between the rooms, the charm of the park and the table. Limousin is celebrated in a classic French style with panache, combining noble products and the region with precision. The menu is calibrated for special occasions: langoustine in chrysalis, shell foam and peas; lamprey à la bordelaise and cassolette of new leeks; filet of Limousin beef, pommes Anna minute, truffled Perigueux sauce; a Grand-Marnier soufflé. To take it up a notch, the tasting menu at €135. Prestigious cellar.
