Open since 1932, this Versailles is a tribute to the great old-style brasseries, with its beautiful red bannes and meticulous table settings. It's a comforting trip back in time, with traditional dishes such as sausages with muscadet, calf's head with gribiche sauce, roast cod with chorizo, poached skate wing with capers, veal marengo, Limousin beef rib steak with marrow bone, and red fruit millefeuille.
