Gault&Millau's review 2025

A restaurant on stilts above the Dordogne River, a lovely terrace to extend in season, and chef Laurent Lecomte's lively, straightforward cuisine are all good reasons to give in to temptation. Admittedly, the decor could be freshened up and the service speeded up, but the products are fresh, of high quality and well showcased. Coquilles saint-jacques, ris de veau, foie gras, all seasonally adapted, desserts that are particularly successful, a well-stocked wine list at affordable prices and courteous service.
