Just a few meters from the Hôtel de Pavie, this bistro with its inviting Bordeaux façade is the perfect gateway to the world of Saint-Emilion. The menu includes foie gras, raspberries and pistachios, gravlaxed beef carpaccio, Provençal-style monkfish, veal liver with parsley, lamb shoulder confit to share... Desserts from the repertoire (Grand Marnier soufflé, crème brûlée, rhubarb fountainainebleau...), and invigorating service.
