Gourmet Restaurant Thibaud Renard's restaurant is undoubtedly one of the prefecture's best-known landmarks, a popular meeting place for the people of Blois, who don't hesitate to cross the Loire to rediscover the familiar pleasures of this chef who is resolutely attached to his terroir. For the past six years, the chef has been serving up a fine range of regional and seasonal cuisine, with solid dishes that well deserve their chef's hat: beuchelle tourangelle, calf sweetbread, kidney and brown mushroom sauce, gambas risotto with red satay cooked in fish stock, oxtail parmentier with pan-fried foie gras, frisée salad and mustard vinegar, pear and coffee tiramisù. A warm atmosphere.
