This Brut completes the offer of a friendly bistronomic table, where you can enjoy contemporary, well-crafted cuisine at very reasonable prices. The promise of the compositions is matched by the execution, with mackerel gravelax, endives and horseradish cream, peach of the day with fennel confit, fish roe sauce and fennel salad, or seven o'clock lamb, jus, fregola sarda, bisque and shrimp tartare.
