The large windows of the dining room offer a penetrating view of the meandering water, the ripples announcing a cuisine with solid roots and moving extremities. Discover aromatic raviole with Pithiviers almonds, mushrooms and herb sauce; Loire catfish in celery-isotto, autumn truffle and chenin sauce; intense venison with chestnut, barberry, wild mushrooms and grand veneur sauce; wagyu beef with mint, broccolini, quinoa and minty jus; Hardy buttered pear poached with vanilla, sobacha, pear and caramel sorbet. Wines are an excellent accompaniment to menus ranging from €41 to €120.
