Chef's Restaurant At the forefront of Christophe Hay's main restaurant, this white love contemplates the Loire and celebrates its richness, in an introductory cuisine that takes an initial tour of the great French traditions. The large windows of the dining room offer a penetrating view of the meandering water, the ripples announcing a cuisine with solid roots and moving extremities. Discover aromatic raviole with Pithiviers almonds, mushrooms and herb sauce; Loire catfish in celery-isotto, autumn truffle and chenin sauce; intense venison with chestnut, barberry, wild mushrooms and grand veneur sauce; wagyu beef with mint, broccolini, quinoa and minty jus; Hardy buttered pear poached with vanilla, sobacha, pear and caramel sorbet. Wines are an excellent accompaniment to menus ranging from €41 to €120. On the first floor, you'll find the kiosk, patisserie and tea room, where you'll find the sweet treats of the house, to enjoy on the spot or to take away.
