Original Restaurant Beyond the play on words, there's a reality. This crêperie in the old town brings a breath of fresh air to a world where tradition is firmly entrenched. It's not a revolution, however, and everyone will find their bearings here. The white and black sign (in the colors of the Breton flag) and the green facade, in harmony with the few tables on the sidewalk, are inviting. The small, long room is simply but pleasantly furnished. Here, you can enjoy classic galettes as well as witty suggestions, such as this summer composition combining heirloom tomatoes, feta, local ham and "homemade" cucumber sorbet. Ingredients are impeccably sourced and skilfully cooked. A case in point is the "Bombarde" (buttered potatoes, comté cheese, rack of smoked pork) and, on the pancake side, the "Spoum Basion" (passion fruit mousse, homemade lemon confit sorbet and granola). But it's hard to resist the regressive crêpes suzette! Wine aficionados won't be able to resist the cider (cidrerie Sorre, cidre fermier de Brocéliande, cidre artisanal Coat Albret...). Charming, efficient service.
