Gault&Millau's review2026
The play on words is apt, the facade dapper green, and this modern crêperie achieves its goal of bringing people together with welcome ideas for today's galettes, named after musical instruments. In addition to the traditional ones (compète, andouille...), the Be new is with scallops, leek, pesto and carrot sorbet, the Harpe is with Fourme d'Ambert cheese, the Gwudin with black pudding, melted camembert and apple cinnamon sorbet. The same work on cheeses, six varieties of cider and local beers, in a cosy space.
