Chef's Restaurant Housed in the former Natural History Museum, Pourquoi Pas (whose name is a tribute to Commandant Charcot) not only boasts an incredible view of Saint-Malo Bay. At the helm of this superb vessel, chef Julien Hennote is committed to showcasing the region's finest produce, with an obvious predilection for fish and seafood, presented in hidden menus that closely follow the seasons. A fine cellar, especially for Loire wines, and professional service.
