Housed in the former buildings of the Natural History Museum, the restaurant boasts an exceptional view of Saint-Malo Bay and a tastefully contemporary setting that blends old stone with clean, sleek lines. Named after Commander Charcot’s famous sailing ship, the restaurant naturally has a bit of a traveler’s spirit and a focus on the pleasures of the sea, which it showcases through hidden, inspired menus that offer an authentic interpretation of the regional cuisine. From €95 to €135. The wine cellar is very well-stocked with numerous top-tier labels (R. Pouillon, Jacquesson, Leflaive, Girardin, Faiveley, Dureuil-Janthial, Thierry Germain, Bellivière, Dagueneau, Weinbach, La Mission Haut-Brion, Lafleur-Pétrus…).
