Gault&Millau's review 2026

In just a few months, this neo-bistro has become the table en vue, thanks in part to Gault&Millau, which highlighted this young team last year with two toques straight away. We're confirming this year's success, in this pretty, uncluttered, wood-panelled setting, with parquet flooring, uncluttered tables and a pretty, natural fresco. If the lunch menu is successful, it's in the evening that we turn the tables, with plates that click, mixing rare and simple products to achieve good taste: sardines and beef tongue get along marvelously, as does abalone cotriade with asparagus, lamb piques itself with sea urchin and pigeon acidulates with pomelo and beet. There's plenty of entertainment in the dining room, a €75 tasting menu and an interesting wine cellar showcasing today's clean vines.
