Gault&Millau's review 2026

In the heart of the village, a beautiful old house, elegant and traditional, which is also a comfortable guesthouse. At table, good work on a classic base, foie gras and redcurrant chutney, fillet of beef pressed with boletus potatoes and salsify mousseline, chestnut-glazed soufflé in a good "Le Barolet" menu at €43, which doesn't forget trendy ingredients either, such as octopus salad and zaatar sablé. Good regional wine cellar.
