At the foot of the medieval village, this is a welcoming place where joie de vivre and sharing are the order of the day. The complete menu of the day at €25 is always a delight, using local produce: creamy poultry liver, Ardèche sausage, duck confit, Valrhona chocolate mousse... The glass is also interesting, with a fine search for Ardèche and local wines (the Rieu Frais wines, for example, offer excellent value for money and pleasure).
