The restaurant is first and foremost a story of love and travel. It's the story of Sion, the Italian-Welsh chef, and Héloïse, the Beaux-Arts graduate, who together found this little corner of the Drôme to write a new chapter. The charming house is located in the heart of this village specialized in pottery, where they offer a cuisine of today, full of ideas. On the menu: cep velouté, green lentils, star anise and Jerusalem artichoke; turbot, leeks, timut pepper, apple and green paprika emulsion; duck breast, nougat and lychee; butternut with black cumin; avocado millefeuille with pink praline.
