Gourmet Restaurant An elegant, stylish setting for refined, ambitious cuisine with a hint of the exotic. Everything is in harmony, even the prices, which do not go beyond the framework, maintaining a complete à la carte sequence at around €70. The €45 formula gives a good idea, with the best choice coming in at €69, featuring some good ideas from the menu: scallop carpaccio with citrus and Irizake (umeboshi sauce), royal quince roast pigeon with crispy potato and squash, pineapple coconut and coriander crunch. Short wine selection with some regional wines.
