Gourmet Restaurant An elegant, light-filled dining room for contemporary cuisine with a traditional base. A simple approach to fine products (foie gras, just-roasted scallops with julienne vegetables, whole sole meunière, lobster fricassee...) and some good ideas for getting off the beaten track, such as the tuna tournedos with Cajun spices or the leg of monkfish with chorizo sauce. Good desserts, including the hot kouign-amann with salted butter caramel. Tariffs are high, but fair given the quality of the wine arrivals, and the cellar is stocked with well-established references (Leflaive, Montez, Brun...).
