A modern-day dining experience in the chic bistro style well-suited to the resort. On the slate, noble products jostle one another, prepared quite classically, but not without a touch of whimsy: foie gras with fig jam, roasted scallops with julienne vegetables, leg of monkfish with chorizo sauce, sweetbreads with full-bodied gravy, kouign amann with salted butter caramel sauce... Logical addition (around €70 à la carte), classic wine cellar well-equipped for the whole Loire Valley.
