Gourmet Restaurant A large, classic dining room with light-colored tiles for this Miribel restaurant. In the Dombes region, frogs' legs, duck tournedos with fig jus and morel cream poultry take pride of place, alongside Asian-flavored shellfish nage and swordfish-salmon duo, smoked on site. Desserts are inventive, and the first menu, "of the day", is renewed daily according to new arrivals. The wine list focuses on Côtes du Rhône and Burgundies, with a fine selection of Mercurey. All wines can be served by the glass.
