La Maison Germains, a self-titled "gastronomic bistro", works the classics: guinea fowl supreme with morel mushrooms, frogs in parsley sauce, veal carpaccio with a more original pesto, rotisserie and plancha. The cellar focuses on Burgundies and Beaujolais. The products are fresh and well-crafted, the dishes pretty and the terrace pleasant in season.
