Gourmet Restaurant In this ultra-contemporary wood-and-concrete hotel on the outskirts of Lyon, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the city from the heights, and a standardized cuisine suited to an international clientele. The execution is professional, and the menu does its job: smoked salmon heart and stuffed zucchini flower, filet of maigre, girolles beans, potato mousseline with olive oil, Salers filet heart, a Madagascar vanilla tartlet and fresh raspberries. Efficient service.
