Gourmet Restaurant Frédéric Martin has worked in the kitchens of Georges Blanc, the Elysée and the Gavroche in London. Now settled in the beautiful town of Bagé le Châtel, in a former coaching inn with a very modern decor, he puts his know-how at the service of traditional Ain cuisine, which he revisits in his own way (poultry in cream sauce, but also fish according to arrival and inspiration, scampi ravioli or scallops). The cellar is mainly composed of proprietary wines duly selected by the owner.
