Gourmet Restaurant Tucked away in the north park, this little house reveals a magnificent terrace overlooking the Saône, and a chic, contemporary room for bucolic summer dining. The place is run by Jefferson and Anita Calloud, dedicated to offering a semi-gastronomic experience, suitable for special occasions and business meals. The menu expresses a strong regional identity, calling on seasonal vegetables, local producers and fish from the Saône: a lightly mustarded asparagus velouté, shavings of smoked Saône catfish and roasted hazelnuts, a haddock back, potato mousseline with Dulse seaweed, lemon butter, capers and peanuts, a filet of Miéral duckling, orange caramel, snacked endive and sandy carrot mousseline. Menus from €30 to €77.
