Located on the banks of the Saône, Jefferson and Anita’s restaurant boasts one of the most beautiful settings in Mâcon, with a direct view of the river and a lush, tree-lined setting that offers a true escape from the everyday. The terrace is a true delight in the summer; the menus offer a wonderful reflection of the seasons: perfect egg, creamy asparagus soup, baby spinach, crispy cured ham and cashews, redfish fillet, thinly sliced candied fennel, eggplant caviar, and Provençal sauce vierge with peppers; Miéral house-raised duck breast with orange-caramel sauce, seared endives, and sandy carrot mousseline; kiwi carpaccio with coconut ganache, lime streusel, and exotic coulis. Good service.
