Chef's Restaurant The Rhône River guides Didier Goiffon's cuisine, from Burgundy to the Mediterranean. His talent is thus guided by the meanders of a great history, with the right technique, the textured egg, nicely enhanced by soy and snow peas, and broccoli smoked with rosemary wood. Your choice of southern monkfish with beet (the monkfish is obviously pearly, and really), with tomatoes confit with Karimunda pepper and mirabelle plums, or northern Bresse poultry, the leg rolled with eggplants and southern vegetables. Nice cellar.
