Sponsored Thibaut Dietz has long worked in the kitchens of the region's finest restaurants. Today, as chef and manager of his own restaurant, La Ratapignata (the Niçois name given to the bat, symbol of the Nissart people's resistance), he breaks free from the cumbersome codes of gastronomy to set the bar high for generosity and simplicity. At affordable prices, (re)discover the authentic flavors of bistro cuisine and traditional Nice dishes. Standards of "bon vivre" that all gourmets and gourmands adore. Behind every bite of his magnificent daube or his sublime gnocchi with pistou cream, lies Thibaut Dietz's high level of technical skill. "I'd say there's no such thing as good cooking without good produce, like the sun-drenched vegetables from my market garden," says this humble chef, who likes to share his ideas for twisting a recipe. "It's to be part of the celebration of sharing that I've opened the kitchen onto the dining room," he continues warmly. Nearby parking makes it easy to get to the restaurant.
