Gault&Millau's review 2026

A successful interlude next to a display of fruit and vegetables, fresh eggs and beautiful loaves of bread. For around 40 euros, not including drinks, this market table offers an asparagus salad with a perfect egg, a crispy pig's cheek and, to finish, a 100% grapefruit tartlet or a ginger and coriander crème brûlée. The cuisine is close to the product, respectful of seasonality, and you can feel it! In this atmosphere where wine rubs shoulders with books, a change of scenery is guaranteed, accompanied by a wide choice of drinks, from fresh juices to local beers...
