Gault&Millau's review 2020

Formerly a 17th-century inn, the house has retained its period majesty, with its small half-timbered crosses, large interior courtyard and massive ceiling beams. The place lends itself perfectly to the pleasures of the terroir, which can be discovered here in Gérald Vuillemin's plates: roast apples with Epoisses, poached eggs with mustard, poached cod fillet, roast veal filet mignon with cocoa, orange soup, chocolate moelleux. A wide range of menus, from €24 to €47. Suitable cellar. Service to match.
