In the heart of the Morvan, this large, old-fashioned house offers its table and its hotel right next door (l'Annexe), for a local and traditional moment, full of empathy and frankness. From the terrace, the view is restful, and you'll enjoy a Terroir menu at €29.50, with eggs meurette and red wine, grilled pike-perch pavé on a creamy black lentil fumet, and pan-fried Charolais beef with hearty jus. Classic desserts.
