Chef's Restaurant Francis Salamolard has kept this old-fashioned inn up to date, proudly displaying forty years of service to Burgundy's terroir and vineyards. In this house steeped in tradition, there's no reason not to dive in with a gusto: snail puff pastry, pike-perch cookie, Burgundian cheeses and desserts of the moment in the good €58 menu plus suggestions, eel salad, eggs meurette, rabbit terrine or asparagus puff pastry. Opulent cellar, regular tasting evenings.
