This old house, completely renovated and rejuvenated by the Loiseau family, is already the second-best restaurant in town. In a decor full of cachet respecting the original dwelling, this Burgundian meal is arranged with a sharp sense of modern terroir: vol-au-vent of mushrooms and poultry quenelle, eggs meurette, chestnut risotto and the very good desserts from the Loiseau patisserie, chocolate blackcurrant entremets or rhubarb meringue tart. Good Marché menu at €48.
