This historic house, completely renovated and revitalized by the Loiseau family, is already the second-best restaurant in town. In a charming setting that respects the original architecture, this Burgundian meal is prepared with a keen sense of modern regional flair: mushroom vol-au-vent with chicken quenelles, meurette-style eggs, chestnut risotto, and the excellent desserts from the Loiseau pastry shop, such as the chocolate-blackcurrant dessert or the rhubarb tart with meringue. A good market-inspired menu for €48.
