Chef's Restaurant In the hotel annex facing the Côte d'Or, and housed in a superb 17th-century building, the Loiseau bistro is a fine stop-off point. The setting has been well thought out, both warm and chic, and of course the cuisine too, centered on the eternal values of Burgundy and homemade recipes: œuf en meurette, Gaston Gérard-style poultry or paleron with Burgundian garnish, but also pressé de truite de Crisenon and roast pollock with pumpkin declension. Good desserts, a large and appropriate cellar and reasonable prices for a service of this level.
