Gault&Millau's review2025
As the seasons pass, this reputable establishment continues to make its way, leaving a slightly dull impression. It's true that Olivier Loizé, Jean Bardet's son-in-law, has all the know-how, enlarged by the influence of his illustrious father-in-law, and the technique used to serve traditional cuisine with a hint of the exotic, for lack of a real interest in his region, finds the right accents. But let's face it, despite a helpful and pleasant team, the general atmosphere is not one of revolution, which means that you can enjoy safe and flawless dishes: 63° boletus egg with sherry caramel cream, monkfish with lemon confit pancetta and lacquered leeks, and a coconut pineapple dessert. The overall prices, however, seem a little high, right down to the wine list, where it's hard to find a keel under €45.
