Close to Tours and the châteaux of the Loire Valley (Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry and Azay-le-Rideau), this address is above all a family affair. In the 1950s, the Caprons acquired the château and transformed it into a luxury hotel, handed down from generation to generation. Now owned by Anne and Xavier Olivereau, the hotel retains its charm, with some 30 elegant rooms and suites opening onto the vast park, refreshed by a river, where a small boat awaits you to take you to the village of Montbazon. A special mention goes to the estate's restaurant, where you can enjoy refined, 100% local cuisine (Racan pigeon...), and the wellness area, which offers remarkable hot stone massages.
