We go there first and foremost for the warm atmosphere, that of a bistro with friends in the old town center, where people meet to enjoy simple, popular cuisine. Between two glasses, we order the classics from the repertoire, a plate of snails and mushrooms, lentils with rillons and a perfect egg, a marrow bone, a rib of beef to share, a roast yellow chicken stuffed with bread and garlic.
