Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the Corbières, not far from the "autoroute des deux mers", this attractive bistro restaurant, taken over by Hélène, Gilles and Marion, is a favorite with locals, who appreciate the warm welcome and the undeniable price-pleasure ratio of the dishes. Committed to presentation, the restaurant takes great care in its decoration and presentation, creating a friendly atmosphere that whets the appetite. The menu, which is rather contemporary, develops colorful and pertinent compositions, such as pan con tomate, cod with tapenade, baba ganoush and vegetable risotto, or the beautiful filet of duckling with chimichurri sauce. Fair prices. Friendly service.
