Outstanding Hotel Set in one of the Languedoc region's largest vineyards (some 1,000 hectares), this address nestles in a former hospice and its outbuildings, set around a delightful shaded courtyard. Within the winery, two mansions house 41 rooms, including 28 suites, spacious, bright and decorated with contemporary refinement, all with magnificent views over the ocean of surrounding vines. Dedicated to the culture of wine, with a remarkable oenological tour (tasting, visit to the cellars and the beautiful chai), the site also boasts a swimming pool, golf practice range, tennis court, spa and fitness room. Last but not least, the remarkable L'Art de Vivre table, led by the young and very talented Laurent Chabert.
