Gourmet Restaurant Between history and nature, the former abbey with its medieval architecture provides an absolutely exceptional setting for the table and its clientele. Beneath the massive stone vaults, the old framework and the gardens, chef Yohan Renard enjoys a rare opportunity to showcase the local terroir, in a pleasant bistro-style setting that's sure to delight families on vacation. On the menu, for example, an organic soft-boiled egg, mushroom and bacon tartine, red wine sauce, pollack confit with thyme, light brandade with Espelette pepper, mashed potatoes with olive oil, a poultry hamonnette stuffed with cabbage and bacon, reduced juice with star anise, a delicate orange blossom panna cotta.
