Between history and nature, the former abbey with its medieval architecture provides an absolutely exceptional setting for the table and its clientele. Beneath the massive stone vaults, the old framework and the gardens, chef Yohan Renard enjoys a rare opportunity to showcase the local terroir, in a pleasant bistro-style setting that's sure to delight families on vacation.
