Discovering Gilles Goujon's culinary delights is (always) an exceptional experience, which many guests like to extend by spending the night in one of the 14 rooms designed by the chef and divided between the Auberge and the Maison des Chefs. Vast, luminous and refined, most of these rooms open onto the swimming pool, surrounded by a terrace where you can laze away against a backdrop of rocks and garrigue. A rare address, a member of Les Collectionneurs, 20 km from the beaches of Leucate and Gruissan and close to some of the most beautiful hiking trails in Occitanie.
