Gault&Millau's review 2026

Picking from Lionel Giraud and his sommeliers' vast and beautiful cellar is an opportunity not to be turned down. Particularly in such a welcoming setting, right next door to the gastro, and with the added benefit of a menu that's always well thought out, with real local dishes in chef's style: bisque bouille de rougets en brandade, blanquette de lieu noir, langues d'oiseau façon riz au lait et kumquat confit. The business is well run and served, and the price, at €35, is attractive.
