A true bistro by a chef (Lionel Giraud, four toques next door) who knows how to choose the right products and cook them in the right way, magnifying their French and regional roots. You'll need to come back more than once to taste this menu, whose every suggestion makes your mouth water: rognon, pig's trotter au gratin, melting and well-seasoned, a real treat, frogs' legs, foie gras, tapas to share, turbot goujonnettes béarnaise, lamb cooked for 6 h... In the cellar, a core of some twenty references offers fun for around €30 a skittle, and a wine wall to vary the pleasures according to the discoveries of the La Cave team, always putting the region first, from glass to magnum.
