In the heart of the Château de Lastours estate, in the Narbonnaise park, this pretty restaurant with its white vaulted ceilings and view of the surrounding countryside is a little southern delight, where you'll have the opportunity to discover local, graphic cuisine. The chef works mainly with the region's terroir, offering a fine menu featuring sweetbread pie with mushrooms and truffle jus, skrei cooked meunière, velouté parmentier with mussels marinière, grilled punta de lomo, pissaladière with Cévennes onions and mustard seed, and a crêpe sucette de la bergerie. Excellent service. Well-equipped cellar.
