Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of the Château de Lastours estate, in the Narbonnaise park, this pretty restaurant with its white vaulted ceilings and view of the surrounding countryside is a little southern delight, where you'll have the opportunity to discover local, graphic cuisine. The chef works mainly with regional produce, and for €35 you can try his sweetbread pie with mushrooms and truffle jus, skrei cooked meunière, velouté parmentier with mussels marinière, grilled punta de lomo, pissaladière with Cévennes onions and mustard seed, and a crêpe sucette de la bergerie. Excellent service. Well-equipped cellar.
