Chef's Restaurant This prodigious profusion could turn into indecent unpacking, just as other abundance buffets around the world deploy astronomical quantities of merchandise for all-inclusive guests. What makes Les Grands Buffets unique in the world goes far beyond this. From one counter to the next, from one showcase to the next, the aim is to showcase French excellence in the most exceptional gastronomic exhibition imaginable. No area of the "French meal" is ignored, and everything is good, even excellent. We can mention, at random, the quality of the "charcuterie pâtissière", the pies, terrines and pies, the quality of the rotisserie, the dishes simmered like sauces, the incredible 500-cheese platter, also unique in the world, the pastries and entremets in an unequalled variety.. It's hard to describe a moment that can only be experienced and tasted, in the midst of the 400,000 guests who throng and queue all year round to enjoy this extraordinary place.
